Employers are only required to pay superannuation guarantee contributions to an eligible employee’s super fund at least once every 3 months, by a quarterly due date.
If you believe you are missing payments to your superannuation account, you may consider doing the following:
- Check with your Employer that they have the correct details for your super fund
Contact the ATO if you are concerned that your employer hasn't paid your superannuation, paid late or paid to the wrong fund.
