Superhero have an app where you can log in to your account and perform a wide range of functions. To have access to the Superhero app, you will need to ensure your email address and phone number on file with us are up to date.
To update these details, please complete the change of details form attached here. If your details are up to date then there is no need to update them, however you can contact Slate to check if your details are up to date if you are unsure. Change of Details requests will need to be submitted to Slate prior to 5pm on Friday 31 January 2025.
From 1 February 2025, change of details requests will need to be made directly with Superhero Super. Your request to update your personal details will be processed by Superhero Super from 24 February 2025.
