What happens to my Financial Hardship / Compassionate Grounds withdrawal when my account transfers to Superhero?

We must receive and approve your financial hardship or compassionate grounds claim by 5pm on 31 January 2025 for it to be processed by the Fund.

Where possible, financial hardship or compassionate grounds claims received and approved from 1 February 2025 will be processed as a ‘partial payment’, with 75% of any approved release amount being paid during the Limited Services Period and the remainder being paid from 24 February 2025.

From 24 February 2025, financial hardship and approved compassionate grounds claims will be processed as per normal through Superhero Super.
